Dr. Lipton was on the “Awareness Show”. He spoke about the power of consciousness over everything. Then, to paraphrase him, he said that the Ultimate in transforming ourselves and our unconscious mind would be to create a frequency, like the noise canceling earphones, that create waves to dissolve the frequencies of the noise. They thereby can mute all sounds. The next best thing would be using theta states, and balancing the hemispheres of our brains, while re-programming our beliefs. I was really excited to hear him talk about these things because everything he said is a part of  my new method for emotional transformation!
